Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Denver Safe & Vault collects through this website and how it is used.
Information we collect
The safe service request form collects the information you choose to submit: your name, phone number, email address, city, details about the safe and its lock, a description of the problem, your preferred contact method, and any photos you attach.
We ask for photos of the safe, the keypad or dial and the manufacturer or model labels because they speed up diagnosis. We do not ask for and do not want your safe combination, access codes, or a description of the contents of your safe. Do not include that information in a request.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, plan the service, and follow up about the work. Ownership or authorization is verified before a safe is opened, which may require additional documentation handled directly with you rather than through this site.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It may be handled by service providers used to operate this website, deliver messages, or store submitted files, and it may be disclosed where required by law.
Retention
Requests and any attached photos are retained as long as needed to service the request and keep a record of work performed. You can ask us to delete a request you submitted.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, contact us at info@denversafeandvault.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the website and its services change. The current version is always the one published on this page.
